50% deposit is required on all orders and the full balance on completion FOB.

IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE ORDER ON RECEIVEING IT AND ERRORS OR OMISSIONS TO BE DECLARED AT THAT TIME. FAILURE TO DUE SO ABSOLVES LAIRD PLUMLEIGH STUDIOS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

No material may be returned for credit without prior written authorization. Materials authorized for return are subject to a 30% restocking charge. No returns accepted after 30 days from pickup or delivery date. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS MADE ON SPECIAL ORDER TILE. No claims will be considered after tiles are installed.

Add on orders made at a later date may not be an exact match and can incur additional charges. MATCHING OF COLORS ARE TIPICALLY IN THE 80% RANGE AND WILL VARY FROM PIECE TO PIECE. THIS HAS BEEN OUR SIGNATURE LOOK FOR THE PAST THIRTY YEARS.

Kiln and raw material variations are an inherited part of the process. As in all burned clay products the same glaze will vary batch to batch and firing to firing.

For delays, damages or loss, all claims should be made directly to the carrier.

All prices are subject to change.

Prices do not include custom design, fabrication or glazing.

In certain applications the tiles may require a sealer. No guarantee applies to freeze-thaw environments.

Failure due to improper installation is the responsibility of the installer.
